Power Forward Outreach, Inc. is our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women, mothers, and families through mentorship, education, and mental health awareness, bridging the gap between motherhood and wellness while nurturing resilience, healing, and emotional growth. We are committed to opening doors to a brighter future for every woman and family we serve.

Our Programs:

- Blossoming Mothers Program: A signature initiative supporting young mothers as they navigate the challenges of motherhood. Through workshops, peer mentorship, and mental wellness education, we help participants build confidence, develop parenting and life skills, and embrace their personal growth journeys.

- Mommy & Mind Wellness Circle: A community-based program that connects mothers of all ages to safe spaces for open dialogue, emotional support, and education on stress management, postpartum wellness, and self-care. Facilitated by licensed professionals from Power Forward Therapy & Wellness, these circles encourage healing and connection.

- Blossoming Teens Mentorship Program: A prevention-focused initiative providing mentorship and life skills training for teen girls. Participants learn to strengthen self-esteem, build healthy relationships, and make empowered decisions that support their mental and emotional well-being.

- Community Wellness & Education Events: From family resource fairs to mental health workshops, Power Forward Outreach collaborates with community partners to promote wellness, resilience, and access to supportive services.
